- Up to $50 per hour FLAT RATE — Top pay for top talent (we reward speed and skill, not just hours)
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus — Paid out for the right candidate who proves they belong on our team
- 5-Day Work Week with only 2 Saturdays per month required
